DataCentral's New Neighbor Advantage Program
Welcome to DataCentral's New Neighbor Advantage Program a complete new mover marketing
package in which we mail your offers on a monthly basis to the movers within your selected
geographic areas. With a subscription in place you will contact every new mover
in your defined geographic area every month.
Unlike most other mover type programs, New Neighbor Advantage is an all inclusive full
service program with no hidden cost. Everything you need is included from the design of
the mail piece, printing the mail piece, addressing the mail piece, presorting, postage,
and delivery to the post office. Additionally there is 24/7 access to the website allowing
you to take control of the program as it unfolds by changing where to advertise, the mail piece design,
the in-home date, etc.

Step 1:

Find Movers ...
This step is to identify where you want to advertise your business. You can search by a radius from
your address, a radius from your geo, specific zip codes, or specific geos. The result of a search
shows the number of movers available each month for each geo as well as a subscription cost.

Step 2:
|
Subscribe to a geographic area ...
This step is to identify what you want delivered (the mailpeice itself) and when you want it delivered
(the in-home day) to your potential customers. Coming soon is the ability to design your own mailpeice
online but until then you will need to contact us so we can upload the design for you. This includes if
you have your own piece or if you would like us to design it for you (remember designing the mail piece
is included with your subscription).

If not interested in the New Neighbor Advantage Subscription Program you can also order the addresses
for a one time use for your own mailing campaign. Be sure to read and understand the usage agreements
and follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Find Movers ...
This step is to identify where you want to advertise your business and to select
which of these areas you would like to order. You can search by a radius from
your address, a radius from your geo, specific zip codes, or specific geos.
The result of a search shows the number of movers available each month for each
geo as well as a cost for the addresses. Select the areas you would like to purchase
and select the option to purchase a one time use of the data.

Step 2:

Payment Options ...
Enter your preferred payment method of billing or credit card (billing requires an approval
process). Once this information has been captured you will receive an email containing a
receipt and the data you have ordered.

|
Other options are always available. Suppose you want to mix and match a bit.
Maybe you want to try the waters with a single mailing or two and are not quite ready for a subscription.
Maybe your new to this and not sure how to conduct you own mailing campaign if you pulled the data yourself.
