All work requiring addressing and mailing of pre-printed materials, such as circulars, catalogs, flyers and brochures is handled by our Mail Team.

Our Mail Team works with equipment that prints addresses, messages and maps on materials very fast and in high-quality. Because it is so fast, checking the quality requires a trained staff and teamwork. The most significant part of this service is the people. They make sure that everything is prepared to meet your requirements.

Our quality control standards are built in to the job by and for our Mail Team. Our material handlers not only check the materials as they arrive, they double-check them as they are passed to the printer operators-who check them again. As they are printed, the mail sorters check the print quality and verify it against samples submitted with the job. As it goes back to the material handlers for postal packaging, where it is checked once again. We include these standard quality checks and add special checks based on each customers requirements and their materials.

Entry to the postal system starts at our facilities. Once our postal representative has checked and approved the mail, we ship it ot the location that will provide the lowest postage rate, which may be our local post office or a postal processing facility closer to the delivery points.

When our clients need to know exactly when their mail has arrived at each stop within the postal service - including being put on the carrier's mail truck, we use special barcodes that are scanned as the mail is scanned. These barcodes are fed into a system we access to see exactly where the mail is and when the mail has reached its destination.
